Not financial advice
Nothing in Kairu — the dashboard, the AI chat, the insights panel, the recommendations, the signal alerts, or this documentation — constitutes financial advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
Kairu does not have knowledge of your personal financial situation, tax jurisdiction, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or any other factor relevant to an investment decision. Do not make financial decisions based solely on what Kairu shows or says.
No price prediction
Kairu displays current on-chain prices from protocol price oracles. It does not forecast future prices. Liquidation prices are calculated from current positions and current prices — they will change as prices move.
Market signals indicate statistical anomalies. They do not predict price direction.
Calculation accuracy
All numeric calculations in Kairu (health factor, liquidation prices, APYs, simulations) are performed server-side using verified formulas and live on-chain data. The AI assistant presents these results but never generates numbers from its own reasoning.
However:
- E-Mode: Kairu uses base protocol thresholds for per-asset liquidation calculations. In E-Mode, effective thresholds are higher. Position-level health factor from
userMarketStateis always correct; per-asset breakdowns may show conservative estimates for E-Mode users. - Price oracle lag: Protocol price oracles update with a delay relative to market prices. During high volatility, displayed prices may lag by several minutes.
- Block finality: Position data is fetched from finalized blocks. Very recent transactions may not yet be reflected.
Protocol risk
Kairu monitors positions on third-party DeFi protocols. Kairu is not responsible for:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits on supported protocols
- Liquidations resulting from protocol malfunction or oracle manipulation
- Protocol governance decisions that change risk parameters after you have opened a position
- Liquidity constraints on any protocol
LLM limitations
The AI assistant uses a large language model. While all calculations are server-side, the AI may:
- Misinterpret ambiguous or highly complex questions
- Produce plausible-sounding but incorrect interpretations of results
- Miss edge cases in multi-step reasoning chains
When in doubt, cross-check the AI's answer against the raw numbers on the dashboard.
No affiliation
Kairu is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of:
- Aave Labs or the Aave DAO
- Compound Labs
- Morpho Labs
- Any other DeFi protocol it monitors or references
Open access period
Kairu is currently in open access. Features, data availability, supported protocols, and pricing may change. Users will be notified of material changes.
